Faculty and Staff
DEBESMSCAT commit to maintaining a fair, transparent, and merit-based system for the recruitment, selection, and appointment of faculty members. We ensure that qualified and competent individuals are given equal opportunities to serve the institution. We will continuously support faculty members in improving their knowledge, skills, and professional competencies through appropriate training and development programs. We shall promote proper workload management, regular performance evaluation, and opportunities for career advancement. We will encourage faculty members to participate in research, extension, training, seminars, and other activities that contribute to their professional development. Through these efforts, we aim to strengthen faculty performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of DEBESMSCAT.
